HIP Launches – FAQs

When you enter a draw via HIP Launches, a pre-authorised payment is required for your entry. This will remain pending from your account for the duration of the draw and will only complete from your account if you are successful in the draw.
If you are unsuccessful in the draw, the pending charge is then automatically cancelled, and no funds will be taken. The funds will then be returned to your account by your bank, within 5 working days.
As this is not a typical refund, the transaction may not show on your statement and the funds may just revert into your available balance. If you think that you haven't received the funds back within this time frame, please contact your bank directly to query this further.

Yes you can return any unwanted items to us within 14 days of being received, providing these items are unused, in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached and in a resalable condition.
